TPFE特氟龙润滑喷剂喷在工件表面形成一层均匀的润滑薄膜，具有高清洁性、低扭矩润滑、消音、防静电、不淅油的特性，完美地解决了传统油性润滑剂的扩散、污染等问题。广泛应用于电子、电器、相机、光学产品、精密仪器、汽车附件等产品的塑胶、金属、橡胶部件上。

TPFE Teflon lubricant spray will form a uniform layer of lubrication film on the workpiece surface with advantages of high cleanliness, low torque lubrication, noise erasure, anti-static, and no sound of rain characteristics of the oil. The product has perfectly resolved the problems caused by conventional oil-based lubricants such as proliferation and pollution. It can be widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, cameras, optical products, precision instruments, auto accessories and other products of plastic, metal, rubber parts.

本品是由不可燃氟素溶剂混合全氟聚醚油及超低分子量聚四氟乙烯(TPFE)颗粒,并添加耐热、抗腐蚀等添加剂配置而成的干性皮膜润滑剂。此速干性润滑剂干燥后在工作表面形成一层均匀润滑薄膜, 具有不沾灰尘、低扭矩、耐高低温、不淅油、消音的特性, 并解决传统油性润滑剂的扩散、污染问题。

This product is a dry film lubricants and consists of mixture of non-flammable fluorocarbon solvent, perfluoropolyether oil and ultra-low molecular weight of polytetrafluoroethylene (TPFE) particles with the adding of heat-resistant, anti-corrosion additives. This quick-drying lubricant forms a uniform lubricating film on the workpiece surface after drying, that is advantage in properties of dust-proof, low-torque, high-temperature resistance, no sound of rain characteristics of the oil, noise reduction, and resolve problems such as the diffusion and pollution caused by traditional oil-based lubricants.

 

二. 产品特点 Key Feature

1.干性润滑剂，喷涂后布满铁氟龙微粒子，不油腻、不滴流；

四.使用方法 Instruction

1. 使用前，先将物件彻底清洁除油，然后将罐身大力摇匀约30秒，以利于喷雾均匀。

1. Before use, first thoroughly clean the surface degreasing. The can is then forced to shake for about 30 seconds, so that the tank was well stirred in order to facilitate a uniform spray.
2.喷涂时，距离工件约12寸喷涂，来回移动，勿固定在一个位置喷涂，约需30分钟待干。

3. Spray from about 12 inches to move around the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position. It needs about 30 minutes for drying.
3.使用后，倒转罐身喷射约5秒，作用为清洗喷咀，以防塞咀。

4. After use, invert cans upside down for about five seconds. The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
4.使用本品时应详细阅读产品使用说明书，并在专业人员指导下进行使用。

5. Users should carefully read the product manual and use under guidance of the professionals.

 

五.注意事项 Precaution

1. 本品易燃，使用时严禁烟火，存放于50℃以下阴凉处，空罐不得抛入火中。

1. This product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
2.使用本品前，应将工件表面上的锈迹、重度油污清洗干净，以免影响后续的喷涂及防腐润滑效果。

2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication.
3.若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净。

3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline.
4.不可吞食本产品，若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。

4. Do not swallow the product. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.

 

六.包装贮存 Packing and Storage
1.包装：500ml/罐，12罐/件 。
