耐高温二硫化钼润滑喷剂是在快干二硫化钼喷剂的基础上，添加耐高温组分，成膜速度快，而且耐高温。形成的膜耐低温-180℃，耐高温350℃ ，间歇性可达 450℃，膜层耐磨，持久有效。连续润滑操作使用时。当防卡剂使用。附着力优良，润滑膜不易脱落，寿命长，效果好。具防尘及防污染之优点。最适合慢速滑动面。耐用性能好，可以减少噪音 。广泛应用于机械、造船、钢铁、纺织、锻造、五金、航空等诸多行业。其在发达国家已广泛使用，目前正在被国内越来越多的生产企业使用。

High-temperature resistant molybdenum disulfide lubricant spray provides the properties of high-temperature components and faster film-forming film, based on molybdenum disulfide spray. The film is resistant to low temperature up to -180 ℃ and high temperature up to 350 ℃ with intermittent temperature up to 450 ℃. It is wear resistant, durable and effective. The product provides excellent adhesion, effectiveness and long life span when used in continuously lubricated operation or applied as anti-card agent. It also offers dust and pollution prevention. It is mostly suitable for slow sliding surface due to high durability and noise reduction. The lubricant spray can be widely used in machinery, shipbuilding, steel, textiles, forging, hardware, aviation and other industries. It has been broadly utilized in developed countries and currently being used by more and more domestic enterprises.

 

产品用途 Application
1.预组装处理： 可以在装配时提供保护。使用喷剂时，将会在所装配零件表面形成超薄润滑涂层，不会改变零件的配合公差。二硫化钼微粒的平均粒径仅为0.5微米。如：开放式齿轮、机械的组装、模具组装/发电所的感应槽、蒸汽发电机等。

1. Pre-assembly process: the lubricant can provide protection during assembly. When using spray cans, the product will form a thin lubricating coating on the surface of the assembled parts with no change in fit tolerance. The average particle size of molybdenum disulfide is only 0.5 micron meters. The lubricant is suitable in open gears, mechanical assembly, mold assembly / power generation induction groove, steam generators and so on.
2.保护薄膜： 可以作预先润滑，即取即用。适用于装配机件及内部润滑，润滑链条、钢缆、螺丝、输送带、拉缆机、金属铸造机、垫圈外膜、一般机器的维修和保养，高温操作仪器，橡胶脱模，玻璃加工等.

2. Protection film: product can be used for pre-lubrication and immediate use. It is applicable for internal lubrication of assembly parts and other lubrications for chains, wire ropes, screws, conveyor belt, pulled-cable machines, metal casting machine, washer outer membrane, general machinery repair and maintenance, high-temperature operating instrument, rubber stripping, glass processing and so on.
3.高温润滑剂： 在-80℃至350℃可以形成稳定的润滑膜。二硫化钼在高温达到450℃（在气压降低的情况下甚至更高）时仍然可以干式润滑，尽管树脂在这样的温度下会遇热熔化。适用于炼钢、纺织机械维修业。干性润滑剂在钢铁工业中作为高温润滑剂被广泛应用。

3. High-temperature lubricant: the product can form a stable lubricating film between -80 ℃ and 350 ℃. Molybdenum disulfide is able to perform dry lubrication even at high temperature up to 450 ℃ (even higher temperature in the case of a reduction in pressure), although the resin at such temperature will encounter melting. The product is suitable for steel and textile machinery repair industry. The product in the steel industry has been widely used as a high-temperature lubricant.
4.润滑性效能： 避免了常规湿式润滑剂在应用时出现的问题，在灰尘过多的情况下可以提供干性润滑。用于纺织印染机械最为理想，使用于各类滑动导杆、转动导杆。如：自动络筒机、热定型机螺杆、拉幅定型机、染色机、蒸化机、烘燥机、纺丝机、印花机、丝光机、筒子机、细纱机、梳棉机、清花机、印染机、烘干机、定型机调幅螺杆等以及轴承的润滑。本产品可用于接触面的润滑以及矿业中粗吊鈎的润滑和防锈保护。 

4. Lubrication Efficiency: the product has avoided the problems when conventional wet lubricants are used in application, where dry lubricants provide better solution in the case of excessive dust.

The product is mostly Ideal for textile machinery or used in all kinds of rotating/sliding-guide rod. For example, automatic winder, heat setting screw, stenter, dyeing machine, steamer, drying/spinning/printing machines, mercerizer, bobbin machine, carding, scutching machine, screws of AM setting machine, bearings and so on. This product can be used for lubrication among contact surfaces and rust protection and lubrication of contact surfaces in rough mining hooks. 
5.切割工具： 用于切割刀具，可以得到最佳效益。刀具表面缺痕中所嵌二硫化钼将使切割机切割时的效果发挥到最大。

5. Cutting Tools: the product applied to the cutting tool has shown a better effectiveness. Molybdenum disulfide applied on the marks of surface of cutting machines maximize the working efficiency.  
6.塑料表层： 喷涂于塑料表面更能突现产品优点，如尼龙轴承。

6. Plastic Surface: the product sprayed on the plastic surface has shown a more emergent advantage in applications such as in nylon bearings.
7. 喷涂用于高负荷下的轴承、滑轨、导轨、花键、导槽、丝杆的安装和磨合润滑。

使用方法 Instruction
1.使用前，先将工件表面进行彻底的清洁除油处理。

1. Before use, first thoroughly clean the surface degreasing.

2.然后将罐体用力摇匀约30秒，使罐液充分搅拌，以利于喷雾均匀。

2. The can is then forced to shake for about 30 seconds, so that the tank was well stirred in order to facilitate a uniform spray.
3.喷涂时，距离工件约20厘米左右移动喷涂，勿固定在一个位置喷涂。

3. Spray from about 20 cm to move around the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position.   
4.使用后，倒转罐身喷射约5秒，作用为清洗喷咀，以防塞咀。

4. After use, invert cans upside down for about five seconds. The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
5.使用本品时应详细阅读产品使用说明书，并在专业人员指导下进行使用。

注意事项  Precautions
1. 本品易燃，使用时严禁烟火，存放于50℃以下阴凉处，空罐不得抛入火中。

1. This product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
2.使用前应将工件表面上的锈迹、重度油污清洗干净，以免影响后续的喷涂及防腐润滑效果。

2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication.
3.若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净。

3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline.
4.不可吞食本产品。若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。
